Small habits, told in real words
These are reflections from members of the IKI community about their journey of building proactive wellness habits. Each person, their own experience.
What I value most is consistency. I've shared my warm lemon, ginger, and honey water recipe with plenty of people, but out of every ten who hear it, few stick with it long enough. Since I started keeping this small habit every morning and evening, my whole family feels more comfortable when the seasons change.
My days now have a clear rhythm: a cup of warm water in the morning, a full and balanced lunch, exercise in the afternoon followed by a glass of plant-based protein, and a light dinner with plenty of vegetables and fruit. Nothing elaborate, but keeping it consistent has made my health and mood far more stable.
I keep up a morning exercise routine every day, and I feel my body lighter and my mind clearer. It's exactly the spirit I've always wanted to move toward: a healthy body, a peaceful mind, a clear spirit.
I tend to run cold in the stomach, so I switched to eating warm: warm lemon water with a bit of roasted ginger in the morning, brown rice porridge cooked with millet, pumpkin, and carrot, and I limit cold food. After keeping this pattern for a while, my stomach feels a lot more comfortable.
I used to have trouble digesting animal protein. Since switching to plant-based protein, I feel lighter in the stomach and more comfortable — it suits my body much better.
I bought the product for my mother, and she's happy with it. Thank you to the team for such attentive, thoughtful advice.
