Closing 2025: from a harsh clearing-out to a mission that reaches further
Looking back at the journey since August 2023, the storm of late 2024, and the principle of nurturing the mind that carries HOPE CORP into 2026.
In just a few hours, 2025 will close. Sitting quietly in the office and looking back at HOPE CORP's journey since its founding in August 2023, I feel light, and also full of emotion.
If someone asked me about this journey, I would not use flowery language. It has been a long, patient fight to find the right path.
The storm of late 2024 and a lesson in awakening
I remember late 2024 vividly. It was the hardest time, when I had to make painful decisions: reducing headcount and straining to keep the company alive. I realized then that Phase 1 of the project had fulfilled its purpose, but the old way of thinking could not take us any further.
There is an old saying: "Nurture the body and you raise servants; nurture the mind and you raise talent."
If a company only nurtures the body, chasing short-term sales and outward glitter, it will forever be a slave to money. Only when it nurtures the mind, building core values and a culture of service, can it attract talent and grow sustainably.
That thinking was the compass that carried HOPE CORP through the dark and into the light of today.
Gratitude at a moment of transition
Every long journey has people who arrive and people who leave.
- Thank you to those who have left, because you helped me see what a good fit really is.
- Thank you to those who stayed, the colleagues who endured hardship alongside me and held firm through the storms.
- Welcome to those yet to come, friends, colleagues, partners and investors on the same wavelength, who will write the next chapter with us.
Each of you is an indispensable piece in the growth of both myself and HOPE CORP today.
Entering 2026 with confidence
In 2026 the economic backdrop will remain volatile and macro policy will keep shifting. Many see risk in that. To me, hardship is the best filter. Fire tests gold, and difficulty tests strength. External turbulence is an opportunity for companies with real inner strength and an honest mission to rise.
I step into the new year with a different mindset: no longer scrambling to survive, but the confidence of an organization with a completed structure, transparent finances and a clear mission.
HOPE CORP's mission is to elevate Vietnamese health: to build together an ecosystem in which people are cared for in both body and mind, so they can live a full life.
Farewell to the old days. Hello 2026, a year of breakthrough and service.
