Reconciled figures start in 2026. 2023–2025 has no reconciled ledger, so we do not publish it. Revenue currently comes from plant-based nutrition products (plant protein ~66%, coffee ~10%, tea ~9%); all are food supplements. Metrics for the IKI Beauty app are measured separately and are not included in this table.

AI OPERATIONS · AGENTIC ENTERPRISE

A small team decides.
AI agents do the daily work.

Orchestration

Grok Bot takes the CEO's goals, turns them into concrete briefs for each department and routes them to the right agent.

  • Claude: code, data, systems, reports
  • ChatGPT: daily content, reviewing every post
  • Gemini: brand visuals
  • Muse (Meta AI): video and campaign ideas

One operating system

Every agent writes into HOPE Ops Hub, our internal operating system built on a single database.

  • More than 170 internal business pages
  • ~70 scheduled jobs in the cloud and ~65 on the office machine: order capture, waybill reconciliation, payroll, morning reports
  • A watchdog checks 58 data sources every 2 hours; when a source breaks, the system stops and alerts

People keep the decisions

Principle: AI reads widely, writes narrowly.

  • Anything that reaches customers or the public needs human approval
  • AI cannot move money; ad budgets have a hard cap of VND 1m per day
  • All content passes one compliance gate for food-supplement advertising law
  • Customer phone numbers and emails are masked before any AI sees them
AI SYSTEMWEEKLY AUTOMATED EVALUATION (REAL CASES)LATEST SCORE 10 OCT 2026
Operations advisor22 cases reading live data and answering management questions20/22
Lead routing16 cases assigning customers to the person already caring for them16/16
Zalo customer replies15 cases, including cases designed to lure it into breaking the law15/15
Sales quality scoring13 sales conversations12/13

A system only takes on more work, or switches to a newer AI model, when its score is equal to or higher than the version in production.

KEY RISKS & MITIGATION

Being clear about
what could go wrong.

Tighter food-supplement advertising rules

We see compliance as an advantage: one compliance gate for all content, and hundreds of old posts removed to meet the 2026 law. It still needs constant attention.

Revenue concentrated in plant protein (~66%)

Expanding into Beauty Meal, tea and the beauty line; 30% of this round goes to new product research.

Execution on repeat purchase

We track returning customers by monthly cohort; the returning-customer programme sits within the 30% sales allocation.

Competition on e-commerce marketplaces

Official stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop, holding value through community and knowledge rather than discounts.

Founder dependence

The AI operating system, department playbooks and weekly advisors keep the company running when the founder is away.

THE STARTING NEED

People need
a first step
that fits them.

Changing skin, too many products to keep track of, busy schedules: IKI starts with everyday needs to open a conversation about personal care.

From there, content expands into food, rest, movement and caring for the family. This is a go-to-market hypothesis that has to be validated with real users.

Initial segment: women who care about their skin and want an easier way to look after themselves. The best age groups, needs and channels will be identified through testing.

VALUE & BUSINESS LOOP

Attract through needs.
Retain through usefulness.

Meet the need

Landing pages for specific needs, combined with the existing community and advertising to reach further.

Personalised experience

The app helps users log, read labels and practise small habits that suit them.

Learn what matters now

Knowledge about skin, meals, rest and movement, connected to what each user cares about.

Extend to the family

Users go on to learn how to care for their loved ones through the knowledge library and suitable programmes.

Choose deeper support

Courses and products appear when they are needed and are never a condition for getting initial value.

Stay together

After buying, users come back to learn, practise and log. Feedback improves the experience.

After purchase → keep practising in the app → understand needs better → serve them better.
PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

concrete actions.

Design: less manual input

Less manual input

Design: someone by your side

Design: a reason to return

A reason to return

A journal and a journey that support practice over time.

REVENUE MODEL

Build the relationship first.
Grow value with the need.

Courses

Users go deeper and practise with guidance through suitable programmes. The website already has the IKI Academy and introductory programmes.

Products

Users choose products after understanding their needs and the information. The catalogue and transactions connect to the existing shop.

App subscription

Planned for a later stage, once repeat usage value is proven. Pricing and subscription benefits for IKI Beauty are not set in this document.

An existing product business does not mean the app has proven revenue of its own. Conversion, repeat purchase and profitability of the new loop need to be measured separately.

DISTRIBUTION & GROWTH

Community to learn.
Landing pages to scale.

Community base

IKI already has its own community. We plan to use it to invite people to try the app, gather feedback and find the most useful experiences before scaling.

Current community size: ~240,000 followers across platforms and ~9,700 members in Zalo groups. Active app users are measured separately.

Reaching new users

Dedicated landing pages for skincare needs, product tracking and self-care habits, with advertising on several platforms to reach people outside the community.

Community and advertising users are measured separately. We only promote features that deliver the promised experience.

Specific message → matching landing page → first useful experience completed → coming back.
FOUNDATION & CURRENT STAGE

What we have.
What we still need to prove.

IN PLACE

A foundation to start from

  • Website, blog library, IKI Academy, community and a live shop.
  • The IKI Beauty screens and design flows have been built.
  • The founders and the board are published on the website.
  • 2026 revenue, customers and repeat rate are reconciled (see Traction above).
  • The AI operating system runs in production: HOPE Ops Hub, the AI agents and the weekly evaluations.
NEXT STEPS

Web app first

  • Finish the user flows and confirm which features work in practice.
  • Test with users; scale through landing pages and ads once the experience delivers.
  • iOS and Android in the following stage.
  • Subscription once repeat usage value is established.

What is proven is the product business built on the community (see Traction). For the IKI Beauty app we do not yet publish active users, retention, app revenue or cost to serve; these will be measured separately in the next stage.

HOW WE MEASURE

Measure whether users get value.
Measure the whole journey.

Activation

Share of new users who complete a first useful experience, split by channel and need.

Return

Day-7 and day-30 return rates by starting cohort; number of days with useful practice.

Conversion

From using the app or reading content to courses or products, matched by time and source.

Repeat purchase & profit

Repeat purchase by customer cohort; profit after product, AI, support and marketing costs.

Scalability

Cost to acquire an activated, returning user; cost to acquire a paying customer and payback period from real data.

These are the metrics we plan to track, not results already achieved or committed numeric targets.

TRUST & EXECUTION

Growing on
long-term relationships.

Value before transactions

Content and tools must be useful even before someone buys. Commercial suggestions must give a clear reason and leave the choice to the user.

AI with clear limits

Information read from labels must be checked. No inferring medical conditions from skin photos. Data flows, privacy and professional support must match how things actually work.
