2. Scope of application

3. Rights and obligations of HOPE CORP

- Select a product at the IKI Store, choose the quantity, and click order.
- Enter your full name, phone number, delivery address, and choose a payment method.
- IKI staff will call or message via Zalo to confirm the order, and provide the delivery fee and estimated delivery time. The sales contract is established when the customer agrees to the confirmed details.
- The order is packed and handed over to the shipping provider.
6. Conditions or restrictions on the supply of goods
- The website only sells food, food supplements, herbal tea, seasonings, and essential items that have been self-declared in accordance with regulations; it does not sell prohibited goods or goods restricted from trading.
- Delivery is available throughout the territory of Việt Nam; international delivery is not yet available.
- The quantity per order may be limited by stock availability; when out of stock, staff will notify the customer in advance, and the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge.
