1. Delivery methods and coverage
- Nationwide delivery through a partner shipping provider (currently J&T Express), or the customer may collect the order in person at the company's address by prior appointment.
- Bulk orders may be delivered under separate agreement.
2. Estimated delivery time
- Orders are handed over to the shipping provider within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Hải Phòng area: 1–2 days. Other provinces/cities: typically 3–5 days.
- Delivery times may be extended due to natural disasters, epidemics, public holidays and Tết, inability to contact the recipient, or an incorrect address. If delivery is delayed, IKI will notify the customer; the customer may choose to continue waiting or to cancel the order and receive a refund of the amount paid.
3. Delivery fees
Delivery fees follow the shipping provider's fee schedule, calculated based on weight and delivery address, and are stated clearly when the order is confirmed. Any free-delivery promotion (if offered) will state its conditions in the specific promotion.
4. Documentation and responsibility in delivery and receipt
- Each parcel carries the recipient's details (full name, phone number, address) and a tracking number for checking its journey.
- The shipping provider is responsible for delivering the goods on the principle of intact packaging and unopened parcels.
- Goods damaged or lost during transport are resolved with the customer directly by HOPE CORP (by sending a replacement or issuing a refund); HOPE CORP deals separately with the shipping provider regarding compensation.
5. Inspection on receipt
- The customer may inspect the order together with the delivery staff before payment: checking the product name, quantity, any gifts, and the external condition of the packaging against the confirmed order.
- Please do not remove the product's security seal while inspecting the order.
- If the goods are wrong, missing, or damaged: the customer may refuse to accept delivery, decline payment, and report it immediately via 098 793 1551. For orders already paid in advance, the correct item will be re-sent or a refund issued, at the customer's choice.
- We recommend recording a video while unboxing the parcel, for reference if needed.
