Under Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân 91/2025/QH15 (Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15). IKI acknowledges your request within 2 working days; viewing/correction requests are completed within 10 days, withdrawal of consent within 15 days, deletion within 20 days. Opting out of promotional messages takes effect as soon as you submit the request.
